Pimo AI is an adult-only service. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use it.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Pimo AI, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Adult-Only Use

You confirm that you are legally allowed to access adult content and adult AI tools where you live. You may not use Pimo AI if you are under 18 or otherwise prohibited from using adult services.

3. Prohibited Content

You may not use Pimo AI to create, request, upload, distribute, or attempt to generate content involving:

Minors, underage persons, child sexual abuse material, or any sexualized age-ambiguous content.
Non-consensual sexual content, sexual violence, coercion, blackmail, exploitation, or abuse.
Real private individuals without permission, doxxing, impersonation, or identity misuse.
Illegal activity, threats, harassment, hate, or content that violates applicable law.
Attempts to bypass safety systems, age controls, account limits, payment controls, or abuse detection.

4. User Responsibility

You are responsible for the prompts you submit, the content you generate, and how you store, publish, or share outputs. Pimo AI provides software tools; it does not approve, endorse, or take responsibility for user-generated content.

5. AI Outputs

AI outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, incomplete, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on or sharing them. Pimo AI may remove or restrict content that appears unsafe, illegal, abusive, or against these Terms.

6. Accounts, Credits, and Access

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Credits, balances, feature access, and usage limits may depend on your plan, payment status, abuse controls, and system availability. We may suspend or restrict access if we detect fraud, abuse, prohibited content, or violation of these Terms.

7. Availability and Changes

The service may change, pause, or become unavailable at any time due to maintenance, provider limits, safety enforcement, or operational issues. We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on this page.

8. Limitation of Liability

Pimo AI is provided as-is and as-available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pimo AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Contact and Enforcement

For account, billing, safety, or policy issues, use the support options available inside the Pimo AI dashboard. We may review reports, restrict accounts, remove access, or preserve records when needed to enforce these Terms or comply with legal obligations.
