1. Nature of the Service

Pimo AI provides an interactive online software application that uses advanced artificial intelligence algorithms to generate virtual and fictional characters (the "AI Companions") with whom you can chat, interact, and exchange messages. The service also includes, but is not limited to, other generated media such as images, videos, and voice notes. All AI Companions are entirely fictional, virtual, and simulated entities.

2. Acceptance & Eligibility

By accessing or using Pimo AI, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority where you live) and that viewing and interacting with adult AI companions is fully legal in your jurisdiction. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using the service.

3. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership

Your Content & Ownership: We do not claim ownership over the prompts, inputs, text descriptions, or custom character definitions you submit to Pimo AI, nor over the media outputs (including text, images, or audio) generated by your account. As between you and Pimo AI, all intellectual property rights in your generated content belong entirely to you.

Our License: To deliver the service, you grant Pimo AI a non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid-up, worldwide, perpetual license to host, render, copy, transmit, and process your inputs and generated outputs strictly as needed to operate, display, and store them within your private account and chat history.

4. Prohibited Content and Abuse

You may not use Pimo AI to generate, request, upload, distribute, or attempt to create content involving:

• Minors, underage persons, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or any sexualized age-ambiguous content.
• Non-consensual sexual content, sexual violence, coercion, blackmail, exploitation, or abuse.
• Real, private, living individuals without their explicit permission (including deepfakes, doxxing, or identity misuse).
• Illegal activity, physical threats, harassment, hate speech, or content that violates applicable laws.
• Attempts to bypass safety filters, account limits, payment systems, or abuse detection mechanisms.

5. AI Outputs & Disclaimers

Pimo AI provides software tools only. AI outputs are dynamically generated by mathematical models and may be inaccurate, unexpected, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific purposes. We do not endorse, approve, or verify any user-generated or AI-generated content. We reserve the right to restrict, block, or remove content or accounts that violate these Terms or are flagged by our safety compliance systems.

6. Accounts, Credits, and Access

You are responsible for keeping your account access secure. Balance, credits, feature availability (including image, video, and audio generation), and operational limits depend on your package, billing plan, and payment status. We may temporarily or permanently suspend access if we detect fraudulent activity, safety violations, or non-compliance with these Terms.

7. Availability and Liabilities

The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Pimo AI may update, modify, or temporarily pause features at any time due to maintenance, system upgrades, or technical provider limits. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pimo AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.

8. Enforcement and Support

For billing, account management, privacy, or safety issues, please use the official support tools available within your private Pimo AI dashboard. We may preserve logs, review compliance, or restrict accounts when necessary to enforce these Terms or to comply with applicable legal obligations.
