Strict Privacy: Your private conversations, chats, custom persona details, and generated media are stored with highest industry-standard security. We treat your virtual relationships, dialogues, and interactions as strictly confidential and private.

No Sale of Personal Data: We do NOT sell, lease, or rent your personal data, chat histories, private prompts, or generated media outputs to third-party advertisers, data brokers, or marketing profiles. Your private space remains fully your own.

3. How We Use Information

We process your data to deliver account features, generate and store user-requested media, operate our billing systems, maintain service stability, respond to your support requests, prevent fraudulent activities, and maintain the general security of Pimo AI.

4. Adult Safety & Abuse Prevention

As an adult-only platform, we may use automated account, usage, and prompt indicators to detect and block prohibited content (including CSAM, underage access attempts, non-consensual imagery, and system abuse) as defined in our Terms of Service.

7. Retention & Right to Erasure (Data Deletion)

Permanent Deletion: Under GDPR and global privacy standards, you have the right to request the permanent erasure of your account and all associated conversational data. At any time, you can request account deletion and the purging of all chat history through the support options in your Pimo AI dashboard. Upon confirmation, we will permanently delete your private chats, custom personas, and generated media from our active production databases. Limited transaction and financial records may be retained only where strictly required for compliance, taxation, and financial auditing purposes.
